Judexa is a device diagnostic application for iPhone and iPad. This policy explains, in plain terms, what information the application collects while running its hardware tests, how that information is used, and the circumstances — entirely optional, and controlled by you — under which it may be shared with a third party.
Running a diagnostic session may involve reading the following information. All of it remains on your device unless you elect to use the intake-pairing feature described in Section III.

Each diagnostic session is written to a history file stored locally on your device so that you may review past results. No central server collects this information from Judexa users generally, and no information is transmitted automatically. Deleting the application removes this history along with it.
Judexa is sometimes used at a repair or resale shop that operates its own separate "intake" system to evaluate trade-in devices. Should you choose to use the Pair with Intake screen — by scanning a QR code or entering a pairing code displayed by that shop — the results described in Section I, for that session only, are transmitted over an encrypted connection to that shop's own server, so that its technicians may evaluate the device.
This feature is opt-in and specific to each session. If you do not open the pairing screen, no information described in this section is transmitted, and no diagnostic data leaves your device.
Once information has been received by a shop's server, its retention and further handling are governed by that shop's own policies, not by this one. Please direct any related inquiries to the shop in question.
The following system permissions are requested individually, at the time the corresponding test is run — never in advance:
Declining any individual permission causes only the corresponding test to fail or be skipped; the remainder of the diagnostic suite is unaffected.
Judexa is a technical diagnostic tool not directed at children and is not knowingly used to collect information from any person under the age of 13.
Should the information collected by Judexa change, this policy will be revised accordingly and the effective date above will be updated to reflect the most recent revision.
